Welcome! I'm glad to see you reaching out to Community. Having the option for your customers to pay with their credit card is something that can be achieved when you subscribe to QuickBooks Online Payments.
Once you've set up the account, you'll see an Online Payments option at the top of invoices and you can select which payment methods you'd like to offer your customers. When they receive your invoice in their email, they'll have an option to 'Pay Now'. The customer will follow the prompts and the payment will be fully processed and deposited into your account. This is a simple and secure way to receive customer payments and the transactions are automatically categorized when they've been processed.
