How to add my phone number to my invoices mobile

Welcome to the Community!  It's essential that your phone number is showing on your invoices.  QuickBooks Online has the versatility you need in situations like this.  I'll be happy to assist, so you can reach your QuickBooks goals:

Here's how to edit the company name on your invoice;

1. Go to Settings ⚙ in the top right of your QuickBooks dashboard

2. Select Custom form styles

3. Choose Edit in the Action column beside your default form

4. Open the Content tab and then the Edit ✎ for the top section 

5. Enter/edit the phone number here.

6. When finished hit Done to save and you're all set!
