Welcome to the QuickBooks community. With QuickBooks Online, it's easy to make and save changes to your transactions. To make and save changes to your invoice, follow these steps while logged into your account via a browser.
Hover over Sales in the left menu and click Invoices.
Find the invoice you'd like.
Click somewhere on the invoice line to open it.
Make the appropriate changes.
Hit Save (or one of the other Save options as needed). (Note: If you've previously sent the invoice to a customer, the program may give you a warning that the customer will be able to see the changes.)
