Hi userinfo143,

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online automatically calculates sales tax on your forms, so you can file with confidence.  It's vital that you have access to the associated rates, in keeping with government guidelines.  I'd be glad to assist!

Initially, I recommend reviewing your account, to ensure Sales Tax is set up.   Once you have the agencies and rates created, you'll see the various options in the Sales Tax column of your forms.  You'll click on the ▼ dropdown menu and select the rate to apply.

If you still don't see sales tax on your invoices, I suggest clearing cache on your browser.  This will improve system performance and speed up loading times.  Should you experience the same outcome, please contact us.  We'd love the opportunity to work with you personally and ensure you're able to accomplish your QuickBooks goals as soon as possible!

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.

Feel free to reach out again, if other questions come to mind.  We'd be happy to help!
