I changed my company name and updated new info and email on QuickBooks . New estimates still show old email , even after updating . please help me to change it

It's vital that your company information be displayed correctly on forms in order for your customers to be able to know which company their estimate is for. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you create estimates for customers as well as send them by email. I can provide some information about estimates.

In order to modify the information shown on an estimate, navigate to the Gear Icon, then the Custom Form Styles section. Click on the template you'd like to edit, then click on Content in order to be able to edit it. Once completed, the information shown on estimates using this template should have the information you just updated.
