I recently linked Etsy to my QBO, now even invoices I make from projects outside of Etsy, have an ETSY prefix and new numbering order. How do I stop this?

Welcome to Community!  Having your transactions entered accurately is essential in keeping your books organized.  QuickBooks Online enables automatic transaction numbers that can be edited as required.  I'd be glad to help!

When you create a new invoice, or edit a previous one, you'll want to reset the numbering sequence by entering the new starting number in the Invoice no. field.  That's it!
