It's important that all your transactions have the correct information displayed for your customers. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you customize the forms you send to your customers. I can provide some information about custom form templates.
Once you've created a custom form template to use with invoices, you can apply it to an invoice when creating it by clicking on the Customize option located in the bottom grey bar, then selecting the template in the options shown.
