Sending your customers invoices directly from QuickBooks Online is an awesome way to streamline your bookkeeping and save you time. It's so much simpler to have the option to send from QBO, rather than your external email. If you're running into an error message, there may be an issue in the back-end of your browser. I'll explain how you can resolve this.
If the issue persists, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private browsing mode that operates separately from the main browser, and it doesn't get impacted by stored cache and cookies.
