To make adjustments to the column widths for your credit memos, you'll need to customize the default invoice template. Here's how;
1. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Custom form styles
2. Click on Edit in the Action column
3. Select the Content tab and then the Edit ✎ for the heart of your form
4. Click on Editlabels and widths
5. Make the necessary alterations and hit Done to save
