The majority of my clients are within Canada, however, I do have clients in the USA and I do bill them in USD. My process is to choose a US client and create an invoice, the system populates the clients info and it shows it is a USA client. When I enter items that were sold to that client the prices are shown as generic however they are actually suppose to be in USD.How can I show that the prices, based on this being a US client are US funds? How does the system know when the payment is made the conversion is made to CDN dollars form the US payment (which has fees removed)? This may seem basic to others but this being the first time I am doing this its very "foreign" to me.Thank you!
A software company invoices commercial customers annually for software maintenance (support) to be provided over the following year. For example, they may invoice a customer for $12K in December and then recognize $1K per month from the following January to December. The $12K is due within normal terms and typically paid sometime just prior to or in the first month or two of the "service period". Thanks for any help - it's possible QBOL is not robust enough to handle this efficiently and may need an add-on tool or replacing. Thanks for any help!
I keep getting a notice on an invoice that it needs attention because it is disputed. But it's not and we actually have been paid for it. How do I change the status of the invoice?
I have been able to change my invoice print template in the custom styles, but there doesn't seem to be a way to change the company name in the emails that are sent out from QBO to the client. 90% of my billing is from one DBA and the rest are amongst the other DBAs. None of the billing should be from my Corporate name.
I feel there should be a quick link somewhere to just see a list of Estimates, very much like how I can click to see a list of Invoices.
We are a custom kitchen woodshop. We charge our clients in 3 phases 50% upfront 40% when work is completed in the shop and 10% upon delivery. How can I have my invoice reflect these terms and also track the different payments as they come in?
how can I export for overseas customers to get their outstanding invoices and advance payments?
I created custom categories and they do not show up in snap receipts in the mobile option, but do show up in expense categories in mobile app, and online too. Why don't they show up in mobile app under snap receipts?
Yes online payments are already activated on my account, it worls fine for m other invoices.
I want it off by default not on, then turn it on when I need it not the other way around. Any ideas?
Import discount on invoice
I think the deposits are "doubled". How to record? How to correct?
