I understand that the printed forms are customizable, but I want to customize the fields I have to TAB through when entering the transaction.
How do I figure out what percent QB charges for credit card payments?
I'm trying to get our users to properly fill in the customer information fields instead of manually typing. I want to run customer reports and the way they were/are entering data, I can't. This is the first step in cleaning up the database. I can get customer phone number, email and address fields. However, I can't find the customer full name field to add to the estimate template. This is the desktop version. See attached - those are the fields I want to include in the template. Can someone help me please? Thanks.
If an invoice is not paid by due date there would be late payment fee and cumulative interest charged.
A transaction has been paid but is under review. Says to consult e-mail but I have not received one.
Before the latest update there was a box where I could choose how to display my customers' names, now I can no longer find that option. I just get a stupid pop up window now with a bunch of drop down menus when I try to edit a customer instead of being able to open the full customer information window like I used to. How can I just open the full customer editing window instead of having to open a separate drop down menu for every item?? And where is the option to display customers with last name first?
client paid invoice in full. then client requested a refund of payment now so that they can pay later in the year. how to process this refund but still keep client original balance.
Due to the new QBO interface that was launched the last week of September 2021, I don't have the ability to make a customer inactive while in the customer record.
All invoices are showing as Open (Viewed) in my customers invoice list but when I create statements, some are not included. Everything is identical to how I've been doing this all along. Is there something I can check or try?
Hi I have a question! My client who is running daycare receives the service fee on the business bank account. Some people remit the daycare fee for January dare fee on February. But I have to make this sale to January sales. I don't know how to record it on QBO because I should match the amount and date with the bank statement exactly. When I make the sales report, this sales should be for January. Please help me. ThanksLeah
When I create an invoice it becomes due the same day so it is past due before the customer even gets it. I need to change the default due date for invoices to 30 days after the invoice date. I have been looking for days to an answer on how to do this as it seem to me to be something that should be so easy. I have tried all the answers I could find that related to this problem but nothing worked Cheers

But then need to see hours not billed out that are paid out To employees so I can find leaks in payroll biweekly. Is this something i can do within QuickBooks? or with QuickBooks Time?
