Invoice Logo Shows Lines

I created my own logo and have tried using different sizes, transparent background, and everything else I can think of. When I upload my logo to the invoice and check it in the preview, it adds a grey line at the top and bottom edge of the file. Is there a specific size of file that will fix this? Or any solution that anyone can offer me?

Hello Jamanh,

Creating your own logo allows you to add a personal touch to your invoices. QuickBooks Self-Employed gives you the flexibility you need to make your business stand out from the rest of the competition. I'll be happy to steer you towards the right path so you can continue managing your business with peace of mind.

It's important your logo meets the requirements and I'll list them below so you can reference:

  • Supported file types are.gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg.
  • Your file should be smaller than 1 MB.

I also recommend adding the logo from a web browser using a private/incognito window. Once you've done this, create a new invoice and see if the logo is appearing correctly. Here's a helpful article with info on: Creating invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed
