Invoices and customer list is gone

Every time I click on customers and invoices on quickbooks on my phone, it says to add a new customer or new invoice. It will not list/show my existing customers and or invoices

If you haven't done so already, I suggest refreshing the app, or uninstall and reinstall it.  This will ensure it's up to date.  If you experience the same result, log into your QuickBooks account from a web browser.
