Is there any QBO products that assess finance charges? My client recently switched to online from desktop and they were able to assess finance charges in Desktop

It's important to note that the function you've described above isn't available in the program. I can see the benefit of being able to assess the finance charges and I encourage you to send feedback about this to our engineers. You can do this by clicking on the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. In the meantime, I recommend looking into third-party apps on our app store using this link. You can search for an app using the app name or by entering keywords you're looking for the app to have as features.
