If you haven't done so already, I recommend clearing cache on your browser. This is important to increase the performance of your system. Once you've completed the process, log into your QuickBooks account using a private or incognito browser. I'd also suggest trying other browsers such as Safari, Edge, Google Chrome or Firefox.
