Need help processing a customer payment on an invoice. It will not let us process.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payments is a dynamic way to enable your customers to pay immediately, from the invoice they receive.  Ensuring payments are processed is key, in keeping your books accurate.  I'd be glad to help!

If you're new to QuickBooks Online Payments, the first payment may take a bit longer while we set up your account.  The following payments will process much faster.  Once a customer payment has been received, QuickBooks processes the payment and categorizes it into the correct account.  To get updates on the payment status, click here.  If you notice an error code for the payment, follow this link to learn what to do.
