One of the customer was late to pay and they were asking if they can put their cc on our file and charge them when we deliver the goods. Is that possible?

Being able to bill your customers directly is one of the great features that our Payments add on provides. I'd be happy to go over this with you.

The QuickBooks Payment add on can help you save time and effort when receiving payment from customers. If you don't currently have the payments add on I recommend looking it over to see if it'd benefit you and your business. You can find out more about it here. If you already have the payments feature and have the customers credit card information on file you can directly charge them through the receive payments section. If you don't have it on file you can still do this but you'd need to contact the customer to get the credit card information to manually enter it.
