Sending an invoice from the android phone application is not working. When I view the invoice and press "email", all I get is a blank screen. Is there a solution?

The unusual app behavior you’re experiencing can be due to a disrupted or obsolete cache file, info2218.

 

Let's begin by clearing the accumulated app data to start fresh. To clear the cache, please follow these steps: 

 

For Android:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

 

If the issue persists, you can consider uninstalling and then reinstalling the app.

 

In the meantime, you can send your invoice using a web browser.
