To get started, I recommend checking the invoice status so you're aware of what's causing the invoice to be undeliverable. You can check this using the steps below:
Go to Sales, then Invoice.
In the Status column, you’ll see if the invoice is undelivered or sent. Note: If you’re in the Invoices tab, you can select the Needs Attention message to see those undelivered invoices.
I also recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies. I encourage you to give this a try on your browser when you get a chance.
