There’s something going on with my invoices I’m generating. The app tries to generate invoices skipping numbers and when I send the invoices they’re saying they’re paid

It's important that all your transactions are entered correctly for your books to be well balanced. These temporary files can accumulate in your browser, device or network and create errors similar to the one you're seeing in any cloud-based software like QuickBooks Online. Here are some steps to resolve erros caused by browsing data:

• Clear your browser cache if you're using a browser
• Try a browser if you're using the app
• Try deleting the app from your device, and installing it once more from the app store
• Try a private browser window
• Try another browser type
• Make sure you're using a supported browser and system
• Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device
