Thanks for reaching out in the QuickBooks Community. It's a great way to get your questions answered, and we love hearing from new members. QuickBooks Online allows the flexibility to adjust your sales forms to fit your business. I can guide you through adding the shipping field.
Go to the Gear Icon.
Select Account and Settings/Company Settings.
Choose the Sales tab.
In the Sales Form Content section, click on the Pencil Icon.
You'll see Shipping; flip the toggle to On.
Click Save, and then Done.
If it was removed from the invoice, you might have to add it back. To do this, follow these quick steps:
Click +New from the upper left corner.
Select Invoice.
Once the invoice is open, hit the micro-Gear in the right corner.
The options for what you want as fields in your invoices will open. Check Shipping.
Next, click on Change what customer sees.
This opens the Custom forms content. Choose the Content tab.
Click the Pencil icon on the section with the invoice columns in it.
Again, check Shipping, so it'll appear on your customer's invoices.
Your invoices will now contain the shipping field you wanted. I'm certain that you'll have this completed in no time, and if you need any other assistance reach out. I'm here to help. Have a great evening!
