Deleting an invoice means that you'll be permanently removing it from your file. If there are any transactions linked to the invoice, QuickBooks will alert you with this pop-up message "This transaction is linked to others. Are you sure you want to delete it?" This saves you from deleting vital invoices that are linked to other transactions. I encourage you to learn more about deleting transactions using this link here.
