When searching by invoice number in receive payment screen, the customer name does not show.

Thanks for taking the time to join us here in the QuickBooks Community. I'd be happy to provide some information.

When searching by invoice numbers within the "Receive payments" page, the customers name will not populate. Therefore the software is working as designed. If you'd like to be able to have the customers names populate, I suggest leaving feedback for our developers. Comments are viewed and considered as they create new features and updates for QuickBooks.
