When we migrated from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks online, all of our invoices got changed to Journal Entry, does anyone know how to solve this?

Thanks for reaching out to us regarding this migrating question. There are certain limitations with the data that's converted from Desktop to QuickBooks Online.

This is why your invoices are converted differently. Some invoice features in QuickBooks Desktop aren't available in QuickBooks Online.

Try running the migration again to be sure. Invoice data must be migrated as invoice also in QB Online, except for some conditions. Which QB Desktop year version do you have to migrate data?
