Welcome to the Community! It's important for you to have access to your billing history for a number of reasons. QuickBooks Online allows you to view your subscription invoices in just a few easy steps. I can walk you through how to get there.
You can view your subscription billing history from directly within your QuickBooks Online company. Here's how to do this:
Navigate to the Gearicon at the top of the screen.
Choose Account and Settings.
Select the Billing and Subscription tab.
Click on the View Payment History hyperlink.
You'll then be able to view the past 6 months worth of invoices for your subscription. If you need copies of invoices that are older than six months, don't worry, you can get them by contacting our support team. Here are your options for reaching out to them:

Schedule a Callback or Chat: Click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET. Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
