Where is refund receipt ?

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks Online is a powerful program that simplifies the way you keep track of your work. I'll be happy to provide more info and help steer you in the right direction. 

In order to create a refund receipt, click on the New (+) menu > under Customers, click on Refund receipt. Here's a helpful video tutorial that shows you how to process a refund receipt. Try this out and let me know how you make out, I'll be a message away in case you other questions.
