Question

Why are same priced items grouped as one when invoice is printed? the individual items show on the preview, when it is printed, they are all added together, if same sell$

QuickBooks Online is a versatile program which makes it easy to stay on top of your work. I'll be happy to assist you so you can get back to doing what you love.

 

Based on what you've described, you may need to toggle a setting on your invoice template and I'll be happy to show you how. To include the description of each line item on your invoices follow these steps. Click on the Gear icon > navigate to Custom Form Styles > pick the invoice template you're using and hit Edit > navigate to Content tab > make sure the Product/Service and Description are check marked > hit Done. Going forward you'll start to see all your line items with descriptions as well. Keep in mind that this will work with future invoices.
