When you're ready to sign out of your account, click on your Profile Badge and select Sign out. With regards to your customer transactions, I recommend clearing cache on your browser to improve system performance and loading times. If you're using the QuickBooks Online mobile app, I suggest signing into your account from a web browser. If you experience the same outcome, please contact us for further review from our end.
