Why cant i add or edit products and services now all of sudden android app?

Based on what you've described, the issue might be related to the mobile app. In many cases, outdated or corrupted data stored in the app can cause problems like this, @robbie2.

 

Before we move forward, I’d like to get a bit more clarity on your situation. Are you encountering any specific error messages when attempting to add or edit an item in the Products and services page? Or do you notice that the Save button is greyed out or unresponsive, preventing you from completing the action? 

 

For now,  I recommend clearing your app’s data on your device. This will reset the app to its default settings and help eliminate any unusual behavior caused by cached data.

 

Here’s how to clear app data:

 

  1. Go to the Home menu or tap the three dots at the top-right corner in the app.
  2. Tap Settings, then select Refresh Data.
  3. Confirm by tapping Yes.

 

If the issue still persists, uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure you’re using the latest version. 

 

Alternatively, you can log in to your QuickBooks Online account through a web browser on your mobile device to continue adding or editing products and services.
