Why cant we see credit memos on the app??

It's important that your information is entered correctly so that your books are balanced. QuickBooks Online is a tool that can help you track your expense and sales transactions to see the profit of your business. I can give you some information about the mobile app.

The mobile app has been designed to help you with some daily transactions so that you can do them when you are not close to a computer. The option to see credit memos is not available on the mobile app, so they should be viewed on a computer. I can see that having the ability to see these transactions in your mobile app would be a feature you'd like to see in QuickBooks Online to help manage your sales. I recommend leaving feedback in the system by clicking on the Gear icon, then Feedback. The comments made in that section are taken into consideration by our developers when creating new features for the software.
