Why do we not have the option to partial invoice from an estimate using the android app? This feature has been available online for years

Since the feature you've described isn't available on the app, I recommend using the web browser to create a partial invoice from an estimate. In the meantime, I suggest sending feedback about this feature to our engineers. You can do this by clicking the Gear icon and looking for Feedback.
