QuickBooks Online makes sending out invoices easy to help save you time and effort. When sending an invoice out you shouldn't get a message asking to send info to an accountant. The only time QuickBooks Online would provide you something to send is if you use the save and send link feature. This will provide you with a link to the invoice that a customer can open. Another reason could also be due to a third party app that is causing a code to be generated before sending the invoice out. If you're using a third party app I recommend reaching out to their support to get this resolved. If this is not the cause then providing more information can help us get this resolved.
