Why isn’t the snap receipt icon on the top

The snap receipt feature is a great way to quickly upload your receipts into your QuickBooks Online. I'd be happy to help you have the icon show where it's meant to be.

Depending on the type of device you're using the snap receipt icon can show up in two different places. If it's android the icon will show as little bubble at the very top when you open the app as a quick function. If you're on iOS it'd be on the left-hand pop out menu with 3 lined icon and it would show in the list that appears there.

If it's not showing in that location I recommend going into the app settings and resetting the app data then deleting and installing the app again.
