Bienvenido a la Comunidad, Carlos. QuickBooks está evolucionando para brindar una experiencia más rápida, estable y que se adapte al crecimiento de su negocio. Al configurar una Estimación como No programada , usted crea una plantilla guardada que queda lista para usar manualmente cuando la necesite, sin que se envíe de forma automática.
 

Diríjase al icono del Engranaje (⚙) > Transacciones recurrentes > Nuevo, y luego seleccione Estimación . En la configuración de la plantilla, cambie el Tipo  a No programado e ingrese cualquier otro detalle relevante. Al terminar, haga clic en Guardar plantilla .
 

Esto garantiza que su plantilla esté siempre lista para ser reutilizada, dándole el control total sobre el momento en que se genera la cotización.

Welcome to the Community, Carlos. QuickBooks is evolving to provide a faster, more stable experience that scales with your business. By setting an Estimate to Unscheduled, you create a saved template that remains ready for manual use whenever you need it, without automatically sending.
 

Navigate to the Gear icon (⚙) > Recurring Transactions > New, then select Estimate. Inside the view, set the Type to Unscheduled and enter any other relevant details. When finished, click Save template.
 

This ensures your template is always ready for reuse while giving you full control over when the quote is generated.
