I'll share some information about QuickBooks and Lightspeed Retail. You'll want to use the Lightspeed Accounting app to do this. Lightspeed Accounting automatically syncs your point of sales data from Lightspeed Retail to QuickBooks Online nightly.

When you're ready, follow these steps to activate the app.

 

  1. Go to Apps.
  2. Type Lightspeed Accounting in the search field.
  3. Click Get app now or call the number found in the Contact section to continue the process.

Thank You for your reply, we have already Lightspeed accounting integrated with our quickbooks online. the problem is sales data never been sync and only sales payment details. also our old record in lightspeed retail did not migrate to quickbooks online. not sure if we are missing something. kindly advice

As much as I'd love to offer help and share how your data is migrated from Lightspeed to QuickBooks, it is recommended to contact the support of your app as shared by my colleague above.

 

With their tools, one of the specialists can pull up your account on their side of accounting and understand how your sales if provided for tracking them in QuickBooks.
