EU purchases at zero VAT not showing on E2

I'm here to share some insights about the zero-rated vat, @pearse-bridgeman.

E2 is for the value of goods you've received from your suppliers in other EU countries. Some goods and services are zero-rated, which means they are taxable for VAT, but the VAT rate is zero percent. Sometimes the reduced rate only applies in certain circumstances, or it depends on who the customer is.
