Gst number not displaying in my invoices, I was going to be caught by sales tax office but thanks god verified it before, zoho is much better than quickbook

I appreciate the feedback regarding this matter. This would help us improve the program to suit your business needs.

To make sure that GST will shown in your invoices, you can select the tax code "Out of Scope" but, please select the tax code 0% IGST or 0% GST whichever is applicable. 

In case you need to add a new customer or existing one, please follow the steps below:

1. Select Sales from the left menu, and go to Customers.
2. Click Add a customer and add customer’s details.
3. Add GSTIN in Tax Info tab.
4. Click Save.

Add GSTIN of an existing customer:

1. Click Sales from the left menu, and go to Customers.
2. To add the customer’s GSTIN, click on the Customer’s name, and click Edit.
3. Click Tax Info in Customer Information.
4. Go to GSTIN. Enter your customer’s GSTIN.
5. Click Save.
6. Repeat the process with every customer to add a corresponding GSTIN.
