Hi there, Alpha. Currently, QuickBooks Online doesn’t have a built-in column labeled “Amount inclusive of VAT” for each line item. You can apply VAT to each line, and QuickBooks will show the net amount and VAT separately, but not as a single inclusive column per line.
As a workaround, calculate the total (including VAT) for each line and enter that amount in the Amount field. Make sure to check the “Amount is inclusive of tax” box so QuickBooks splits the amount correctly for VAT reporting. Since custom columns aren’t available in Simple Start, you can add the inclusive amount in the item description or as a note if you need to show it separately.
