Hello Ben, you can display your company’s GST number on your invoices by adding it to the invoice template. Please go to the Gear icon > Custom Form Styles> New Style> Invoice > Content tab. Then scroll to the Display section and tick GST Registration No. After saving the template, you can use it for future invoices.

 

Please also ensure that GST is enabled and correctly configured in your QuickBooks Online account under Sales Tax settings. Although the resource references the Singapore region, it is also applicable to ROW versions of QuickBooks Online that support GST.
