I'm here to share some information about e-invoicing in QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks now allows you to receive online payments on your invoices using Razorpay. You can connect your existing Razorpay account or sign up for a new account and connect it to your QuickBooks company file.
To start, let's set up your Razorpay account. Let me show you how:
Choose + New.
Click Invoice.
In a new Invoice, you will see the option to make online payments. Tap Setup now.
A decision box will emerge asking whether you want to leave without saving. Hit Yes.
You will be directed to a Razorpay QuickBooks integration page. Tick one in the Connect your Razorpay Account sectionto create a new Razorpay account. If you already have an account with Razorpay, select Let's get started and skip to the section named Connect Razorpay to QuickBooks
To sign up, you will be redirected to the Razorpay website. Enter your email ID.
Follow the instructions and tap Create Account.
Follow the prompts and fill in the required contact details.
You will be prompted to verify your email address.
Once you have verified your email address, fill in the required business details and hit Save & continue.
