With regards to recording historical tax payments, I would recommend getting in touch with our Support team. That way, they can guide you through the process. They can also start a screen-sharing session if necessary.

Here's how to reach them:

1. Click on Help and type something like record historical VAT payment.
2. If there are suggested topics, select No, I still need help.
3. Choose Contact Support Team.
4. Choose Chat.
