When setting up sales tax for the first time in your client’s account, the “This tax is collected on sales” option is already turned on by default, which is why you’re seeing it grayed out. You don’t need to tick it because it’s already active and ready for you. Simply enter the sales tax percentage from your tax agency in the field below to proceed.
