Hi there, bayaniresidence111. Welcome to the Community.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the country or region is fixed when you create your subscription and can't be changed. Each version of QBO is tailored to local tax, currency, and compliance laws, so this setting is locked during account creation.

To resolve this, you'll need to create a new QBO company file with the correct country/region and cancel the incorrect one to avoid being charged for both subscriptions.

Here’s how to cancel the incorrect subscription:

1. In QBO, go to the Gear icon, then select the Subscriptions and billing tab under the Profile column.
2. Click Cancel and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.

If you've already created data in the incorrect account (such as customers, vendors, products/services, or chart of accounts), you can export this data as CSV files and import it into the new company with the correct country setting.

For detailed instructions on importing data, please see this article: Export your QuickBooks Online Data.

Please feel free to reach back out if you have any further questions.
