You need to have a free invoicing app and mirror the data back into your QBO account as the workaround. Another option, switch completely to another accounting app and purchase a 3rd party conversion service if required.
I’m here to impart some information about E-Invoicing in GST, @niranjan-m2p-in.
At this moment, E-Invoicing in GST isn’t supported in QuickBooks Online India. You may consider using an Invoicing app mentioned by our Community backer Fiat Lux - ASIA as a workaround.
You can also go to your Apps menu within your QuickBooks Online company to check for the said tool. Here’s how:
Open QuickBooks.
Select the Apps menu in your left navigation pane.
In case you’d like to receive online payments on your invoices, you can read this article for more insights and instructions: Payment enabled invoices—Razorpay.
Don’t hold back to drop a comment if you have any other questions or concerns besides E-Invoicing. I’ll be here to help. Take care always!
