Hi @userelzorobrands,

You'll want to select "Inclusive of Tax" in your invoice transaction. This way, your downloaded transactions will match with your QuickBooks transactions. Let me walk you through how.

  1. Go to +New, then Invoice.
  2. Enter your customer details.
  3. In the Amounts are drop-down, select Inclusive of Tax (see image below).
  4. Click Save and close.

You can also change the default tax rate when creating sales transactions. Here's how:

  1. Go to Gear, then Account and Settings.
  2. Select Advanced, then Accounting.
  3. Choose Inclusive of Tax in the Default tax rate selection field.
  4. Click Save, then Done.

Please see this article for details about GST: Setting up QuickBooks for GST.

We also have a guide on GST reports in QuickBooks that I'm sure you'll find helpful. It has information on available tax reports that you can use for your reference.
