Why do I keep getting "Invalid purchase tax rate" when trying to sync my PoS sales data with quickbooks online?

It seems like you're using a third-party POS system since we don't offer this in other regions, aside from the US. I would suggest checking your setup or tax mapping. There might be a setting that you need to adjust. You can contact the POS provider to get help about it.

In QuickBooks Online, as long as you can use the tax rates when creating transactions, your setup is fine.
