Keeping paper copies of important files such as your sales tax returns is a great idea. If you're like me, you want to keep both digital and physical copies for your records. I'd be happy to help show you how to view and print a previously filed sales tax return in QuickBooks Online.
Here's what you'll do:
1. Click the Taxes tab on the left navigation menu.
2. If you're using Payroll in your QuickBooks Online account, select Sales Tax at the top of the page.
3. Select Returns.
4. Locate your previously filed sales tax return and click View Summary.
5. Click Ctrl + P on your keyboard to print.
Simple as that. I hope this helps you get back on track and keeps you organized. In case you need it, here's a great Community article all about filing sales tax in QuickBooks Online: File sales tax.
If there's anything else I can do to help, just let me know.
Have a great day!
