GST column does not work

Thanks for reaching out with your question about the GST column. The QuickBooks Online program has a comprehensive Sales Tax module. From what you've described, it sounds like you may not have GST set up as one of your tax codes. I can help you check what codes you have set up in your QuickBooks Online account.

When you record an invoice or expense, the program is looking for you to enter the appropriate sales tax code. If you click the drop-down, you will see the currently set codes. If you enter anything other than one of those Sales Tax codes, it'll prompt you to input a valid entry.
