Could you clarify what you mean?  As far as I know, any PST and Liquor tax you pay are not refundable in any way.  They have simply become a part of your business expenses.

If you're referring to collecting PST & Liquor tax, you would have to remit that to the government.  The only time a refund would be appropriate is if you have overpaid PST or paid PST in error.
