Help, My Sales Tax is missing in QB. there is no history of past returns or payments everything is just gone for GST. Anyone have a fix for this?

Based on the information you've provided, I suggest clearing cache and cookies on your browser.  Sometimes browsing data can accumulate and prevent the software from doing what it is supposed to do. Clearing cache and cookies can help resolve browsing data issues. You can also try opening your QuickBooks account in a private browser to see if you get the same results. Here are some shortcuts you can try depending on the browser you're using:

Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N

If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community so they can view your screen to see what might be happening. They also have the appropriate tools to have this escalated if they feel it is necessary. You can reach them by following these steps:

Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback.
